Important information to note when contacting SAQA for verification and evaluation services
Please note that all verification letter requests and/or enquiries for South African Qualifications must only be sent to verificationsletter@saqa.org.za, similarly, all Foreign Qualification Evaluation enquiries should be sent to dfqeas@saqa.org.za. Requests sent to other email addresses will not be responded to as all applications are escalated through the official email addresses.
Please note the following turnaround times regarding the outcome of your applications:
For National Qualifications – 25 working days
For Foreign Qualifications – 90 working days
Please also note that while SAQA strives to complete the application in the shortest period, third party responses regarding the authenticity of the award and accreditation status of the awarding institution may delay finalising the application and exceed the turnaround time.
