We are currently experiencing technical issues with feedback emails sent out by SAQA VeriSearch since 19 May 2023 . This means that you may not receive a Feedback/Progress Report notification when your verification request has been processed.
We are aware of this issue and are working to resolve it as quickly as possible. In the meantime, clients who received a Batch Code can still check the status of their verification request by logging into their SAQA VeriSearch account.
To log into your account, please visit the SAQA VeriSearch on the SAQA website and click on the “Login” button. You will then be prompted to enter your username and password. Once you have logged into your account, please enter the Batch Code in the space provided, select the Report Type and run the report.
