Investor in People

SAQA has recently attained the Investor in People (IIP) Standard. An IIP organisation does the following:

• develops effective strategies to improve the performance of the organisation through its people
• can demonstrate the impact of its investment in people on the performance of the organisation
• takes action to improve the performance of the organisation through its people.
