Gideon is currently fulfilling the role as the Technical Training Manager at the BMW South Africa Rosslyn plant where he holds the responsibility to steer the training function in line with technology-, plant- and legal requirements.

Gideon is married to Marthie (housewife). They have 2 boys aged 9 years and 7 years and a daughter aged 1 year. The family stays in Pierre van Ryneveld in Centurion.

  • Process Engineering 1999 to 2001
  • Quality Engineering 2001 to 2005
  • Process Planning 2001 to 2005
  • Training Management 2005 to present

Academic Qualification

  • B Eng(Electronic) – University of Pretoria
  • Various management & leadership short courses.

Interests and hobbies

Electronics and electronic control, family life and outdoors.
